Red Pepper Paste Pork over Rice
Ingredients

. 1 tbsp of Jayone Red Pepper Paste
. 1 tbsp of Jayone Red Pepper Powder
. 1 tbsp of Soy Sauce
. ½  tbsp of minced Garlic
. 1 tbsp of Plum Syrup
. 5 sheets of Basil Leaf cut into small strips
. 1 Jayone Instant Rice
. 8 oz of pork belly(in strips preferred)
(*You can also substitute the pork belly with shrimp.)

How to Make It

1. In a bowl, add Red Pepper Paste, Red Pepper Powder, Soy Sauce, minced Garlic, Plum syrup and mix well  

2. On medium heat, cook pork belly until golden(I like to soak/wipe the oil that comes out of the pork belly while cooking to avoid oil splattering around)

3. Lower heat and cut pork belly into bite size  

4. Spread mixed spicy sauce onto the grilled meat. It’s better to put a little on each piece to spread it all around(We did this for about 1 minute)
