Roasted Rice Appetizers



Ingredients for Roasted Rice: Cooked white rice Cooking oil


Ingredients for Topping: ¼ onion chopped

1 cup of baby mushrooms

1/3 cup canned corn

1 can of red chili canned tuna

1 Jayone canned kimchi

1 Tbsp Ajumma Republic Korean BBQ Sauce

1 Tbsp of Oyster Sauce











How to Make:

1. Take a Tbsp of cooked white rice and make it into a flat circle and leave aside. Repeat until you use all the rice

2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the flattened rice on the pan and cook until golden/brown. Put aside once done (You just created roasted rice!)

3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion, mushroom, BBQ Sauce, and Oyster sauce and stir until the onion and mushroom soften and caramelize. Put aside once done

4. In a bowl, add the corn, tuna, and kimchi and mix well

5. Plate the roasted rice on a plate and add a Tbsp of a topping and add on top of roasted rice.


*Feel free to add your own toppings to the roasted rice. Both savory and sweet toppings work
