Try this healthy drink in both hot and cold type. To brew roasted barley tea (serving 6), prepare 2 Tbsp of roasted barley and 8 cups of water. In a small pot, bring barley and water to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 6 minutes. Serve immediately as a hot tea or store in the refrigerator and serve as a cold beverage.
