The weather is finally getting chilly so we put together a simple cioppino recipe and added a little twist of our own by adding our Red Pepper Paste to make it slightly spicy. Kimchi Cheese Pizza Pancakes
On rainy days, Koreans crave Korean pancakes and Makgeoli (Rice Wine). Some say it’s because the sound of rain reminds them of making pancakes. But just as people crave a hot soup on a chilly day, we crave pancakes. We used our Kimchi Pancakes today and also added a twist. So-tteok So-tteok (Rice Cake + Sausage)
Probably our favorite dish so far, So-tteok So-tteok was one of Korea’s most popular snacks this year. Koreans like shortening words. The ‘So’ is short for Sausage and ‘Tteok’ is Rice Cake and people call it so-tteok so-tteok. Look how glorious they look!
